Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients with Ulcerative colitis older than 19 years
- •2\) Patients with pancolitis ( duration is more than eight years after diagnosis)
- •3\) Patients with left sided colitis ( duration is more than ten years after diagnosis)
- •4\) Simple clinical colitis activity index \<8
- •5\) Truelove and Witts’ Score\< mild score
- •6\) patients with written consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) colon cancer history
- •2\) operation of colectomy
- •3\) Boston bowel preparation score is fair or poor
- •4\) Failed insertion
- •5\) abnormality with clotting (PT\<50%, APTT\>50sec)
- •6\) renal problem
- •7\) patients without written consent
