Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • WFNS grades 1 and 2\.
  • Both genders.
  • Age 18\-65 years, undergoing both clipping and coiling of cerebral aneurysm in the neurosurgery operation theatre and neuro\-interventional suite.

Exclusion Criteria

  • WFNS grade 3\-5
  • Age \< 18 years, \> 65 years.
  • Severe or uncompensated cardiovascular, renal, hepatic or endocrine disease.
  • Pregnancy, postpartum, lactating females.
  • Refusal to consent by the patient or next of kin.
  • Tracheostomized Patients.
