- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method to compare functional neurological outcome using modified Rankin scale score of 0-3 as good neurological outcome in patients undergoing decompressive craniectomy for supratentorial acute ischemic infarct using propofol total intravenous anesthesia or sevoflurane based balanced anesthesiaTimepoint: at discharge from hospital and at three months from stroke onset
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method to compare intraoperative brain relaxation in patients undergoing decompressive craniectomy for supratentorial acute ischemic infarct using propofol total intravenous anesthesia or sevoflurane based balanced anesthesiaTimepoint: will be compared intraoperatively;to compare systemic and intracranial pressure dynamics in patients undergoing decompressive craniectomy for supratentorial acute ischemic infarct using propofol total intravenous anesthesia or sevoflurane based balanced anesthesiaTimepoint: will be compared intraoperatively
