Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •adult patients, 18\-60 years of age with supratentorial acute ischemic infarct planned for decompressive craniectomy will be enrolled in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •hemorrhagic infarct or infratentorial infarct or recurrent infarct will be excluded
- •ASA physical status IV \& V patients will be excluded
