Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients with Clinical Knee instability.
2.Clinically and radiologically confirmed Anterior Cruciate Ligament injury.
3.Tears involving more than 30 % of ACL fibers.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Bilateral ACL Tears
2.Revision ACL Reconstruction
