AIM OF THE STUDY

To evaluate the efficacy of Bhunimbadi Gutika in the management of Panduroga Iron

deficiency Anaemia.



OBJECTIVE OF STUDY

To evaluate the efficacy of Bhunimbadi Gutika in the management of Panduroga.

To compare the efficacy of Bhunimbadi Gutika and Dhatri Loha in Panduroga.



HYPOTHESIS:

Ho - There is neither statistically significant difference between the effect of Bhunimbadi

Gutika and Dhatri Loha nor Bhunimbadi Gutika is better than Dhatri Loha in the

Management of Panduroga.

H1 -There is a statistically significant difference in the effect of Bhunimbadi Gutika and

Dhatri loha with Bhunimbadi Gutika having a better effect than Dhatri Loha in the

Management of Panduroga.

Inclusion Criteria

• Patients who will give written consent.
• patients who fulfill the diagnostic criteria.
• Patients in the age group between 18 to 60 years.

Exclusion Criteria

• 1.Patient having Severe Anaemia less than 8 2.Patient having haematological disorders like Sickle Cell Anaemia ,Thalassemia.
• 3.Patient suffering from chronic disorder like Rheumatoid Arthritis, Chronic kidney diseases, IHD.
• 4.Patient suffering from any continuing blood loss eg- Hematemesis, Melena, Bleeding piles.
• 5.Patient having gynecological problems like Menorrhagia, Metrorrhagia.
• 6.Patient who are on vitamin and iron supplements 7.Pregnant and Lactating mother.
