Inclusion Criteria

  • •BMI ranging \< 18 to 22\. (15 \< BMI Range \< 22\)
  • •healthy volunteers will be selected from university campus.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Volunteers \>18 and \< 30 year age.
  • •Any kind of addiction like\- Alcohol , Smoking etc.
  • •Non\-vegetarian, Sleep Disorder.
  • •Patient suffering from systemic illness likes HIV, Diabetes Mellitus,
  • •Hypothyroidism ,Taking chemotherapy and Radiation etc
