- •BMI ranging \< 18 to 22\. (15 \< BMI Range \< 22\)
- •healthy volunteers will be selected from university campus.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Volunteers \>18 and \< 30 year age.
- •Any kind of addiction like\- Alcohol , Smoking etc.
- •Non\-vegetarian, Sleep Disorder.
- •Patient suffering from systemic illness likes HIV, Diabetes Mellitus,
- •Hypothyroidism ,Taking chemotherapy and Radiation etc
