Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.All clinically diagnosed patients of shoulder joint adhesive capsulitis.
  • •2\.Those have symptoms of adhesive capsulitis of shoulder more than 12 weeks.
  • •3\.Age \>18 year
  • •4\.Those giving signed informed consent for study.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Previous intra\-articular steroid injections
  • •2\.Previous history of surgery on affected shoulder
  • •3\.A history of shoulder fracture
  • •4\.Malignancy
  • •5\.Pregnancy
  • •6\.Local Infection
  • •7\.Any medical and surgical conditions preventing communication and compliance of study protocol eg. cognitive impairment, TBI, hearing impairment etc.
  • •8\.Unwillingness to participate
