入选标准
- •1.All clinically diagnosed patients of shoulder joint adhesive capsulitis.
- •2.Those have symptoms of adhesive capsulitis of shoulder more than 12 weeks.
- •3.Age >18 year
- •4.Those giving signed informed consent for study.
排除标准
- •1.Previous intra-articular steroid injections
- •2.Previous history of surgery on affected shoulder
- •3.A history of shoulder fracture
- •4.Malignancy
- •5.Pregnancy
- •6.Local Infection
- •7.Any medical and surgical conditions preventing communication and compliance of study protocol eg. cognitive impairment, TBI, hearing impairment etc.
- •8.Unwillingness to participate
