Inclusion Criteria
1.All post exploratory laparotomy patients with age 18-60 years admitted in ICU for mechanical ventilation.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Those patients already diagnosed with an IFI before enrolment
2.Those who will be neutropenia at the time of enrolment
3.Those who will be already diagnosed with HIV
4.Already who will be diagnosed with malignancy
5.Being transplant recipients
6.Those who will receive antifungals in the two weeks prior to enrolment
7.Covid 19 positive or Covid suspect patients
