1. Patients between age of 40 to 70 years.2. Willing to sign the informed consent form, follows study instructions and complete all study visits.
3. Patients presenting with classical sign and symptoms of Pitta Vidagdha Drishti & evidence of Dry ARMD (i.e, presence of drusens or pigmentary changes in macula).
Ophthalmic-
1. Presence of any other retinal or macular pathology other than Non-Exudative ARMD such as Exudative ARMD, Diabetic retinopathy, Central geographic atrophy, Haemorrhagic condition of fundus or retinal fluid.
2. History of retinal laser or surgical therapy in study eye.
3. Contraindication of pupil dilatation in the study eye.
4. Mature cataract or media opacification in either eye which limits an adequate view of fundus.
5. Unable to maintain stable fixation for OCT imagining.
Systemic-
Disorders other than ocular conditions such as uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled diabetes mallitus, severe cardiac diseases, and deranged lipid profile.
