Inclusion Criteria

Healthy women; obesity grade 1 and 2; who had abdominal obesity defined by waist circumference bigger then 88cm; age between 20 and 40 years

Exclusion Criteria

Pregnant women; smoking; with history of cardiovascular, hepatic, renal, neurological, hematological, oncological, endocrine and gastrointestinal diseases; with a history of eating disorder or who had any significant psychiatric disorder such as depression or psychosis; with a history of allergic reactions; presence of infections or use of drugs with interference in the lipid or glucose profile or those with severe dyslipidemia
