First qualitative phenomenological study- Physiotherapists practicing in in-patient SCI rehabilitation services, relevant expertise and specialist physiotherapists.
The Second RCT study age range will be between 15 to 50 years, both genders, Persons with disability (SCI) patients will be attending inpatient rehabilitation services.
The Third RCT study age range will be between 15 to 50 years, both genders, Persons with disability (SCI) patients will complete inpatient rehabilitation services and discharge for at least 6 months.
Paraplegic patients will be enrolled for the study.
Persons with SCI with a serious psychological problem and unable or unwilling to respond or communicate.
Patients who are not willing to communicate or participate.
