Inclusion Criteria
- •Patientes with Duchenne muscular dystrofy
- •older than 12 years
- •Peak cough flow < 270l/min
Exclusion Criteria
- •recent pneumothorax, barotrauma and emphysema/bullae
- •tracheostomy
- •patients / legal representatives who do not speak Dutch of English
