a) Have experienced chronic pain longer than 6months
b) Has had a recent consultation (i.e. in the last 6 months) with a GP or specialist; and is not highly dependent on medical care
c) Is living in Australia
d) Are 18years or older
e) Is a patient of the North Queensland Persistent Pain Management Service
(a) Severe depression (i.e., indicated by a score > 22 on the PHQ-9)
(b) Significant suicidal ideation (i.e., indicated by a score > 2 to Question 9 of the PHQ-9)
(c) Acutely suicidal or recent history of attempted suicide or self-harm (i.e., last 12 months)
(d) Persons without access to a computer and internet.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Symptoms and severity of depression will be measured by the nine-item Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9). <br>[ Administered at pre-treatment, weekly throughout the course, post-treatment, and 3-month follow-up];Symptoms and severity of general anxiety will be measured by the seven-item Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale-7 (GAD-7)[ Administered at pre-treatment, post-treatment, and 3-month follow-up.];Level of disability will be measured by the Roland Morris Disability Questionnaire (RMDQ), a 24 item measure.[ Administered at pre-treatment, post-treatment, and 3-month follow-up.]
