Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients aged over 18 years old.
2. Patients who can obtain written consent of the person's free will.
3. Patients for whom the attending physician has recognized the necessity of the treatment.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients without pain other than psychogenic pain.
2. Patients Those who are allergic to gentamicin.
3. Patients who use narcotics or stimulants.
4. Patients who do not provide understanding and consent regarding this treatment.
5. Pregnant patients.
6. Patients who clearly cannot continue to visit the clinic during or after treatment
7. Other patients deemed inappropriate by the attending physician.
