Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Participants were considered for inclusion if they met the following criteria:
- •1\) diagnosed with schizophrenia according to the Diagnostic And Statistical Manual Of Mental Disorders, 5th edition , 2\) active delusions or hallucinations persisting for the past \= 3 months assessed by a psychiatrist through clinical interview 3\) a total score of The Insomnia Severity Index \= 15, 4\) aged between 18 and 65 years, and 5\) had no change in psychotropic medication dosage over the past month.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Excluded patients were those who,
- •1\) had been diagnosed with sleep apnea, alcohol or substance use disorder, organic syndrome, or intellectual disability, and 2\) were currently participating in individual cognitive behavioral therapy.
