- •1. Patients undergoing surgery for fibrostenosing Crohnâ??s disease
- •2. Inception patients (new diagnosis of IBD)
- •3. Patients who have not had any biologic IBD drugs
- •4. Patients on anti-TNFα therapy (pre and post therapy)
- •5. Patients who have discontinued biological therapy
- •6. Patients on ustekinumab (pre and post-therapy)
- •7. Patients on vedolizumab (pre and post-therapy)
- •8. Patients who have had a resection in the past
- •9. Patients with a diagnosis of irritable bowel syndrome

- •2. More than 80 years
