Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients undergoing surgery for fibrostenosing Crohnâ??s disease
2. Inception patients (new diagnosis of IBD)
3. Patients who have not had any biologic IBD drugs
4. Patients on anti-TNFα therapy (pre and post therapy)
5. Patients who have discontinued biological therapy
6. Patients on ustekinumab (pre and post-therapy)
7. Patients on vedolizumab (pre and post-therapy)
8. Patients who have had a resection in the past
9. Patients with a diagnosis of irritable bowel syndrome
Exclusion Criteria
1. Less than 18 years
2. More than 80 years
3. Unable to consent.
