Inclusion Criteria
Participants who have schedule for upper eyelid surgery
Age over 18 years old
Exclusion Criteria
Previous eyelid surgery
Numbness at the face
History of orbital fracture
Take oral analgesic drug within 6 hours before surgery
History of allergy to EMLA cream
Unable to talk
Chronic pain at face and periorbital area
