1. patients diagnosed as Schizophrenia in DSM-5
2. patients aged between 20 and 70
3. patients who can understand the objective and content of the study and provide consent to participate in it.
4. patients whose SCSQ score is less than 34 points.
1. patients with a present or past history of severe organic lesions and/or injury in the brain or dementia, or epilepsy.
2. patients with alcohol or substance use disorder that wass present within 12 months from the start of study
3. ECT or tDCS is clinically contraindicated.
4. patients who were treated with tDCS or other neuro-modulation within the past two months.
5. patients deemed inappropriate to participate by judgment of the principal investigator.
