Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patients with ASA (American society of Anaesthesia) I,II,III physical
  • 2\) Patients of either sex within Age 18\-75 years
  • 3\) Patients undergoing knee surgery in one or both limb.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Allergy to local anesthetic drugs 2\) Patient refusing for spinal anaesthesia
  • 3\) Local site infection.
  • 4\) Bleeding diasthesis
