- •Patients with ASA (American society of Anaesthesia) I,II,III physical
- •2) Patients of either sex within Age 18-75 years
- •3) Patients undergoing knee surgery in one or both limb.
排除标准
- •1) Allergy to local anesthetic drugs 2) Patient refusing for spinal anaesthesia
- •3) Local site infection.
- •4) Bleeding diasthesis
