Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with ASA (American society of Anaesthesia) I,II,III physical
- •2\) Patients of either sex within Age 18\-75 years
- •3\) Patients undergoing knee surgery in one or both limb.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Allergy to local anesthetic drugs 2\) Patient refusing for spinal anaesthesia
- •3\) Local site infection.
- •4\) Bleeding diasthesis
