Inclusion Criteria
1.Age of 65 years old or more
2.Admitted to two SICUs at Siriraj hospital within seven days following surgery
3.Anticipated LOS in SICU of more than 24 hours.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients undergoing surgery for more than seven days
2.Non-surgical patients
3.Patients who cannot communicate in Thai language
4.Patients with severe visual and auditory impairment that preclude communication
