- •1.Age of 65 years old or more
- •2.Admitted to two SICUs at Siriraj hospital within seven days following surgery
- •3.Anticipated LOS in SICU of more than 24 hours.
排除标准
- •1.Patients undergoing surgery for more than seven days
- •2.Non-surgical patients
- •3.Patients who cannot communicate in Thai language
- •4.Patients with severe visual and auditory impairment that preclude communication
