Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age of 65 years old or more
- •2\.Admitted to two SICUs at Siriraj hospital within seven days following surgery
- •3\.Anticipated LOS in SICU of more than 24 hours.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients undergoing surgery for more than seven days
- •2\.Non\-surgical patients
- •3\.Patients who cannot communicate in Thai language
- •4\.Patients with severe visual and auditory impairment that preclude communication
