Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age group: 18\-65 years
- •2\. Male patients
- •3\. Patients diagnosed with alcohol dependence syndrome –
- •withdrawal state uncomplicated (F10\.3\)
- •4\. Patients diagnosed with alcohol dependence syndrome –
- •withdrawal state with delirium (F10\.4\)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with a history of comorbid psychiatric disorder, substance use
- •(except tobacco), mental retardation and debilitating medical
- •comorbidities.
- •2\. Other causes for delirium such as dyselectrolytemia, infections, head
- •injury will be excluded.
