Individuals of both sexes, aged between 30 and 59 years, with a report of low back pain for more than 3 months, in addition to a minimum score of 3 points on the END and 37 points on the Tampa Scale of Kinesiophobia (ETC).
Regular practice in the last 6 months of any physical exercise program or sport; individuals with a history of fracture or surgical procedure in the lumbar spine; diagnosis of herniated disc with neurological repercussions; having undergone physical therapy treatment in the last month or previously with electrotherapeutic currents; use of analgesics, anti-inflammatory drugs or muscle relaxants in the last week; cancer diagnosis; pregnancy; presence of severe cardiovascular dysfunctions; medical diagnosis of fibromyalgia or other chronic pain in the lower limbs.

Name Time Method Pain intensity after 10 sessions. Assessed using the Numerical Pain Scale. This is to determine whether the treatment has a significant impact on reducing the participants' pain intensity after 10 sessions.
