- •Patients ayant un carcinome à cellules claires du rein en situation métastatique mesurable (metastase >ou égal 1.5 cm) , non traités, non néphrectomisés et indication d'un traitement par Sunitinib.
- •Performance status (ECOG) 0-1, espérance de vie > ou égale à 3 mois, âge >ou égal à 18 ans, de sexe masculin ou féminin, test de grossesse négatif et contraception efficace
- •Consentement signé du patient après information complète.
- •Affiliation à un régime de protection sociale

排除标准
- •Patients néphrectomisés, ou ayant reçu de la radiothérapie, ou traités antérieurement par antiangiogènes
- •Patients ayant participé à une recheche clinique dans les 30 derniers jours
- •Antécédents cardio-vasculaires sévères et/ou récents, insuffisance rénale, métastases cérébrales, fraction d'éjection ventriculaire gauche < 50%
- •Patientes enceintes ou allaitantes
- •Hypersensibillité au malate de sunitinib ou à l'un des excipients du sutent
