入选标准
- •Clinical early stage of periarthritis ( Stage 1 and 2)
- •Shoulder pain and stiffness in one or both shoulder for 3 weeks or more.
- •Restriction of passive motion by 30 degrees in two or more planes.
- •Mild to moderate pain ( VAS score 1-6)
排除标准
- •Systemic inflammatory joint disease
- •Oral steroids used in previous 3 months
- •Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus
- •Contraindication to oral steroids
- •Radiological evidence of osteoarthritis of shoulder or fracture
- •Calcification around shoulder joint
- •Reason to suspect a complete rotator cuff tear
- •Septic arthritis shoulder
