Group Intervention Description Screening Screening Opportunist Screening asymptomatic patients. Taking the arterial pulse. Will invite patient to realize an ECG, if pulse is irregular Control Control Case finding of patient whith symptoms of atrial fibrilation. Taking the arterial pulse. ECG if pulse is irregular
