Inclusion Criteria
ASA GRADE I and II patients.
Patients scheduled for elective surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Children with anticipated difficult airway.
2.History of obstructive sleep apnoea.
3.Congenital anomalies involving ear.
4.Surgery involving airway.
5.Risk of aspiration .
6.Prior esophageal surgery.
7.Known oropharyngeal comorbidities.

Name Time Method To evaluate the placement of PLMA using BRIMACOMBE SCORE between weight based and pinna size based placement of PLMA .Timepoint: Duration measured from the time the face mask is taken away from the face until the end-tidal CO2 curve appear on the monitor.
