1 Undergoing Off Pump Coronary Artery Bypass Graft surgery
2 Patients willing to participate
3 Patients between 30 years and 70 years
4 Patients weight more than 40 Kilograms
•Patients having contraindications to use of Trans-oesophageal probe.
•Patients having heart valve disease of any kind.
•Patients having moderate to Severe LV dysfunction with reduced EF
•Patients having arrythmias.
•Patients with intra aortic balloon pump support
•Patients having a condition with hyperdynamic circulation
•Patients that might need cardiopulmonary bypass support during surgery
