- •Adult patients aged 19 to 70 years undergoing elective cholecystectomy under general anesthesia
排除标准
- •BMI>30kg/m2 or <18.5kg/m2;
- •Patients with severe liver disease, with severe kidney disease
- •Neuromuscular disease or mental illness;
- •Those diagnosed with metabolic disease;
- •drug or alcohol addiction;
- •pregnant women, lactating women,
- •Those who are contraindicated in the use of neuromuscular relaxants (rocuronium) and neuromuscular inversion agents (sugammadex)
