Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Benign Prostatic hyperplasia Diagnosis by History and physical examination
  • •2 one of following indication for surgery
  • •2\.1 failure of medication
  • •2\.2 recurrent urinary retention
  • •2\.3 persistent hematuria from Benign prostatic hyperplasia
  • •2\.4 Azotemia from lower urinary tract Obstruction

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Prostate cancer
  • •2\.patient with neurogenic bladder
  • •3\.Urethra stricture
