入排标准
入选标准
- •a)Age greater than 50 years.
- •b)Refractory LUTS secondary to BPH.
- •c)IPSS greater than 7.
- •d)QOL score 3 or greater.
- •e)Qmax less than 15 ml per second or patients with acute urinary retention secondary to BPH in whom trial of voiding after medical therapy failed.
- •f)Prostate size on preoperative TRUS of 40 gms or more.
排除标准
- •a)Patients refusing consent
- •b)Known case of Carcinoma bladder
- •c)Known case of Carcinoma Prostate
- •d)Post surgical histopathology showing Carcinoma Prostate
- •e)Patients with neurological disorder
- •f)Active urinary tract infection
- •g)Bleeding disorder
- •h)Unfit for Lithotomy position
