• access to the Internet
• sufficient knowledge of the German language
• willingness to participate in two pseudonymized online surveys and willingness to independently use ATT original/ATT shortened

Exclusion Criteria

• Previous experience with the Attention Training Technique (ATT)
• Diagnosis of a psychiatric disorder
