- •1. Age between 20 years to 50 years of both male and female adults with forward head posture.
- •2. Participants with craniovertebral angle more than 49 degree.

- •1. If participant had any injury or underwent surgery in the past year.
- •2. Participant with persistent pain or pathology.
- •3. Participant with any musculoskeletal, cardiovascular or neurological disease.
