Inclusion Criteria
Adult patients, aged 19-64 years, classified as American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II, and scheduled for laparoscopy-assisted distal gastrectomy under general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
: a history of allergy to any study medications
: impairment of hepatic or renal function
: psychiatric or central nervous system disturbance that would preclude completion of QoR-40 questionnaire
: use of steroid, antiemetics, analgesics, or antipsychotic drugs within 1 week of surgery
