入选标准
- •patients of either gender , aged between 18 to 65 years
- •american society of anaesthesiologists grade 1 and 2 patients
- •patients scheduled for lowerlimb surgeries under epidural anaesthesia
排除标准
- •patients with known allergy to any of the study drugs
- •all known contraindicationsto epidural anaesthesia like - patient refusal for epidural catheter insertion and inability to give consent
- •patients with coagulation disorder and on anticouglants.
- •patient with local skin infections or disease
- •patients with a history of underlying neuromuscular and psychological disorder, drug or alcohol abuse.
- •patients with previous spinal surgeries ,spine abnormalities.
