patients of either gender , aged between 18 to 65 years
american society of anaesthesiologists grade 1 and 2 patients
patients scheduled for lowerlimb surgeries under epidural anaesthesia
patients with known allergy to any of the study drugs
all known contraindicationsto epidural anaesthesia like - patient refusal for epidural catheter insertion and inability to give consent
patients with coagulation disorder and on anticouglants.
patient with local skin infections or disease
patients with a history of underlying neuromuscular and psychological disorder, drug or alcohol abuse.
patients with previous spinal surgeries ,spine abnormalities.
