Inclusion Criteria

1. literate women
2.At least one year has passed since the diagnosis
3. Do not use psychotropic drugs, alcohol, narcotics, hallucinogens or drugs that affect sexual desire and function in couples according to the patient's statement or recorded in the documents.
4. Do not have a chronic disease other than MS
5. Having sex at least once a month during the last month
6. No pregnancy or breastfeeding
7. No stressful incident from three months before the intervention
8. Access and ability to use social networks such as WhatsApp

Exclusion Criteria

- Not to do expressive writing as study protocol at least once a week
- Withdrawal from participation in the study
