Inclusion Criteria
pregnancy (> 30th week of pregnancy)
- EPDS score = 10 (Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale; Cox et al., 1987; German version: Bergant et al., 1998)
Exclusion Criteria
current psychotic disorder, substance use disorder, self-harm or suicidal tendencies (EPDS item 10 sometimes or quite often)
