Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Informed consent, presence of intellectual impairment, presence of depressive symptoms, presence of internet access and smartphone, willingness to participate in two anonymous online surveys, willingness to participate in the 4\-week self\-help smartphone app intervention, willingness to use the self\-help smartphone app on their own responsibility, willingness to leave an anonymous email address.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Acute suicidality (as measured by the GDS\-LD and GDS\-CS Item 14\), current or former presence of bipolar or psychotic illness, or alcohol dependence.
