- •Informed consent, presence of intellectual impairment, presence of depressive symptoms, presence of internet access and smartphone, willingness to participate in two anonymous online surveys, willingness to participate in the 4-week self-help smartphone app intervention, willingness to use the self-help smartphone app on their own responsibility, willingness to leave an anonymous email address.
排除标准
- •Acute suicidality (as measured by the GDS-LD and GDS-CS Item 14), current or former presence of bipolar or psychotic illness, or alcohol dependence.
