Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Based on a multicenter prospective stroke registry database, we identified acute ischemic stroke patients who met the following inclusion criteria; (1\) age \= 18 years, (2\) evidence of acute ischemic stroke on neuroimaging, (3\) presented within 4\.5 hours of onset, and (4\) initial NIHSS score \= 5\. Patients who had pre\-stroke mRS \>0, received IVT beyond 4\.5 hours of onset
