Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) within 3 hours after onset stroke
- •2\) \> 80 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) not eligible for tPA thrombolysis according to NINDS criteria
- •2\) Intraartery or intra artery with intravenous thrombolysis
- •3\) other thrombolysis (urokinase, abxicimab, argatroban)
