入选标准
- •1. Age =20 years, =95 years old
- •2. Acute ischemic stroke patients who underwent intraarterial thrombectomy for large vessel occlusion.
- •3. Patients with successful recanalization after intraarterial thrombectomy (TICI 2b or TICI 3)
- •4. Patients with blood pressure =140 mmHg after 30 minutes to 1 hour of successful recanalization.
排除标准
- •Age <20 years
- •Patients with blood pressure <140 mmHg after successful recanalization.
- •Patients with contraindication for use antihypertensive medication after intraarterial thrombectomy.
- •modified Rankin Scale mRS >2
- •fatal medical disease or surgical disease
- •Patients difficult to informed participate
- •No informed consents from patients
