preoperative and postoperative diagnosis of acute appendicitis who undergo open appendectomy under general anesthesia
American association of Anesthesiologist (ASA) classification above3, allergy to tramadol or opioid derivatives, unable follow instruction to evaluated pain score, patient with history of chronic pain/ long term opioid used, contraindication to general anesthesia such as malignant hyperthermia or airborne disease and patients who undergo appendectomy with delay suture.
