Inclusion Criteria
1. Diagnosed cases of Gridhrasi with either or all symtoms like Ruja Stambha
,Spandana, Gaurav .
2. Positive SLR test and Bragard test
3. Age group of 25-65 years.
4. Both the gender patients.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient with uncontrolled DM.
2. Other pathological and traumatic disorder of spine and lower leg other than Sciatica.
3. Pregnant patients
4. Immunocompromised patients
