clinical study designed to evaluate the effectiveness of an experimental treatment compared to a conventional treatment The study begins with obtaining ethical approval from the Institutional Ethics Committee IEC Following this participants are selected based on predefined eligibility criteria to ensure a suitable and homogenous study population Once selected informed consent is obtained from all participants ensuring they understand the purpose and procedures of the study
Participants n=40 are then randomly divided into two equal groups Group A n=20 receives the experimental treatment while Group B n=20 receives the conventional treatment Before the commencement of any intervention a baseline assessment week 0 is conducted to gather initial data After five weeks of treatment both groups undergo another assessment to evaluate changes and outcomes
Subsequently the data collected from both assessments are subjected to statistical analysis to determine the efficacy of the experimental treatment compared to the conventional one Finally the results derived from the statistical analysis are presented to draw conclusions from the study

The Participants will be selected based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria for eligibility.
Informed consent will be obtained from the participants and demographic data is recorded.
Participants will be randomly allocated to 2 groups that is experimental group(n=20) and control group(n=20).
Prior assessment of the participants will be done by following test

Group A that is the experimental group will be receiving the selective treatment protocol and conventional treatment protocol and Group B will be receiving conventional treatment protocol alone
All the instructions will be given verbally, provided demonstration to the participants
The participants will be given exercise regimen and administered to perform one session two days in a week for 5 weeks
The variables like Speed, lower limb strength will be measured accordingly by
T-test
1 RM test
Statistical analysis will be done and the results with the conclusion will be mentioned
The controlled group followed a conventional treatment program aimed at increasing speed and lower limb strength in amateur basketball players The intervention was conducted two days a week for five weeks, with each session lasting approximately 60 minutes All sessions were strictly performed under the supervision of the researcher
The training sessions included a warm-up phase consisting of active stretching exercises for the lower extremity performed as 3 repetitions for 1 set with a 30-second hold This was followed by dynamic quadriceps exercises and bilateral lower extremity strengthening using therabands both performed for 10 repetitions across 2 sets Each session concluded with cool-down exercises also completed for 10 repetitions across 2 sets

- •1.Amateur basketball players aged between 18 and 25 years.
- •2.Players with a minimum of one year of regular basketball training experience.
- •3.Participants who are medically fit and free from any musculoskeletal injuries.
- •4.Individuals willing to participate in the entire duration of the plyometric training program.
排除标准
- •1.Professional or elite-level basketball players.
- •2.Individuals with a history of lower limb injuries in the past six months.
- •3.Participants with any cardiovascular neurological or orthopedic conditions that may limit physical activity.
- •4.Those unable to commit to the training schedule or study assessments.
