Inclusion Criteria
PATIENTS WITH decreased hearing Adenoid hypertrophy aural fullness mouth breathing snoring
Exclusion Criteria
Children with age less than 5yrs and more than 16yrs
children with congenital anomalies
otomycosis or otitis externa
perforation of the ear drum
history of ear surgery
presence of cholesteatoma
nasopharyngeal mass leisons
immunodeficiency
cleft palate and other cranio-facial abnormalities
