Method of measurement: Using Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile (HPLP) questionnaire.;Nature and character dimensions. Timepoint: Before the intervention and one month later. Method of measurement: Using Cloninger's Nature and Character questionnaire.;Cognitive emotion regulation strategies. Timepoint: Before the intervention and one month later. Method of measurement: Using Cognitive Emotion Regulation (CER) questionnaire.;Health-related quality of life. Timepoint: Before the intervention and one month later.
