Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.ASA I/II Patient
- •2\.Adults 18\-65 yr
- •3\.Undergoing unilateral total hip arthroplasty through posterior approach
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient refusal
- •2\.Known neuropathy
- •3\.Pregnancy
- •4\.Infection at the puncture site
- •5\.Chronic analgesic intake
- •6\.Altered coagulation parameters
- •7\.Inability to communicate
- •8\.Redo arthroplasty
- •9\.Morbid obesity(BMI greater than or equal to 40\)
