- •5. combined CABG + valve surgery

- •1. Patients not giving consent.

- •3. Vascular surgeries
- •4. Perioperative cardiac arrest
- •5. Allergy to local anaesthetics.
- •6. Cardiogenic shock
- •7. Emergency surgery
